Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield 2 dozen

½ cup(125mL) Smooth Peanut Butter
½ cup(125mL) Soft Margarine
⅓ cup(75mL) White Sugar
¼ cup(60mL) Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 ⅓ cups(300mL) Flour
⅔ tsp(3mL) Baking Powder
⅔ cup(150mL) Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F(180°C). Cream together margarine(and peanut butter), white sugar, brown sugar, and egg(and vanilla). Fluff flour and measure. Combine with baking powder or baking soda(and salt). Mix dry mixture with creamed mixture slowly. Blend in chocolate chips(and rolled oats). Roll dough into balls. Press with back of fork onto greased cookie sheet.

½ cup (125mL) smooth peanut butter
½ cup (125mL) soft margarine
⅓ cup (75mL) white sugar
¼ cup (60mL) brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/5 cup (300mL) flour
⅔ tsp (3mL) baking powder
⅔ cup (150mL) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. mix together flour and baking powder. Beat together margarine and peanut butter, add sugars. Add egg and beat. Add all the dry to the wet. Add chocolate chips. Roll into 2.5 cm balls, and press down with fork. Put on pan and bake 8-10 minutes. Cool then take off pan.
