Green Garbage Dip and Veggies
1 cup(250mL) Light Sour Cream
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Radishes (about 2)
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Green Onions
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Cucumber, drained
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1 tbsp(15mL) Sugar
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Radishes (about 2)
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Green Onions
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Cucumber, drained
3 tbsp(50mL) Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1 tbsp(15mL) Sugar
½ tsp(2mL) Salt
¼ tsp(1mL) Dried Dill Weed
¼ tsp(1mL) Dried Dill Weed

In a large bowl with electric mixer beat cream cheese, sour cream, radishes, onions, cucumber, bell pepper, sugar, salt, dill and pepper on low speed about 1 minute or until well blended. Spoon into a serving bowl. For garnish, cut 5 small, thin oval slices from radish to resemble red fingernails. Use small amount of dip to attach these to ends of carrots. Arrange carrots in dip to resemble hand emerging from dip. Serve dip with cut up vegetables.
