 Lemon Squares

Base
2 cups flour

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup margarine

Filling

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

4 eggs

Preheat oen to 350

In a bowl stir flour, icing sugar and salt. Cream in margarine until mixture blends into a dough. Pat evenly in bottom of buttered 9x13" pan

Bake 15 min

Let cool 5 min

Poke with a fork

Beat together all filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over slightly cooled base. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, until center doesn't jiggle. remove from oven. Sprinkle with icing sugar or coconut. Let cool completely.
