Whipping Cream

 Whipping Cream

½ cup(125mL) Whipping Cream                        
½ tsp(2mL) Vanilla
1 ½ tsp(7mL) Icing Sugar
 
Whip all 3 ingredients together. 
If over whip will become like butter.
Cooking Class Grade 9

Chocolate Whipped Cream
 
2 cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup icing sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp gelatin
 
Take the mixing bowl with the chocolate whipped cream ingredients. Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.
